To preserve their integrity:

• Avoid extreme temperature changes, which may cause cracks.

• Do not preheat stoneware or move directly from wet to oven.

• Not for grill use.

• Do not place dense frozen foods directly on stoneware.

• Allow hot pieces to cool on a trivet or cloth before setting on cold surfaces.

• Sharp utensils may leave light marks, removable with a gentle scrub (baking soda, cream of tartar, or Bar Keepers Friend).
